At Bhavani Gold, every piece of jewelry is crafted with care, love, and precision. We want you to cherish your purchase, and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely delighted with your jewelry, our return and refund policy ensures a smooth and transparent process.

1. Eligibility for Returns
To ensure the quality and integrity of our jewelry, returns are eligible under the following conditions:

  • The jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • All original packaging, certificates, and tags must be intact.

Please Note:

  • Customized or personalized pieces cannot be returned.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our customer support at bhavanigold27@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the jewelry was defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your jewelry for a different size or design, contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide a photo of the item along with your order number. We will provide a replacement or refund promptly.
